The RAACE Foundation’s Board of Directors is the driving force behind the continuing fulfillment of the mission and vision of The RAACE Foundation. The Board of Directors is comprised of three offices: President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The RAACE Foundation is actively seeking new board members.

Kenneth Smith – President

Dedicated family man and father of three, as well as the creator of The RAACE Foundation, Kenneth Smith also serves as President of its Board of Directors. As president Kenneth has guided the organization and helped to develop its mission and vision since its inception.

 









Rob Lesniewski – Vice President

Co-founder of The RAACE Foundation’s Rally for RAACE, Robert Lesniewski is a proud father of two teenagers and an avid motorcycle enthusiast. With a 15+ year relationship in the construction industry, Robert has worked with Kenneth since the inception of The RAACE Foundation. He has been instrumental in its development and progression. Robert also enjoys playing golf with his father on visits to San Diego as well as spending time with his family.








Scott Leanza – Secretary

Scott Leanza is a husband and father of two who resides with his family in Lancaster, PA. With a 13+ year relationship in the construction industry, Scott has worked closely with Kenneth and The RAACE Foundation from its beginning, participating in a multitude of fundraising and awareness events. Along with spending time with his family, Scott enjoys golf and closely follows the stock market.
