The 27th anniversary edition of the Motorsports Race Car & Trade Show is set for the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA Friday, January 20th through Sunday, January 22nd, 2012. Here is your chance to give back and get noticed.

For well over 19 years, Checkered Flag Auctions has been a part of this motorsports extravaganza raising money for worthy charities through their exciting racing memorabilia auction. The 27th Anniversary of the East Coasts greatest fan friendly motorsports extravaganza is creating huge interest amongst race fans, racers and the overall motorsports industry.

For the fifth year, the Checkered Flag Charities Auction will benefit The RAACE Foundation (Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to fighting the epidemic of child sexual abuse through public awareness campaigns and the distribution of educational materials. We are pleased to announce that to date Checkered Flag Charities Auctions raised over $23,000 for the healing and prevention of child sexual abuse.

In the past, teams and businesses have generously donated used sheet metal, crew uniforms, driver’s suits, helmets, vacations, track experiences or adventures with a driver, tickets, diecast and other collectables, as well as signed hero cards for kid’s of all ages to bid on. Of course autographed items are always fan favorites too and help raise the value of your donation. Remember, a raced used donation is very exciting for the fans and it helps to know at which race the item was used.

The RAACE Foundation & Checkered Flag Charities knows that everyone has the power to make a difference. It takes a team to win our race and thanks to many like you and your team we’re one turn closer to a world free of child sexual abuse.
