No sport draws families and fans like motorsports. Yet the roar of the bikes, the speed of the racers, and the cheers of the crowd cant eliminate the pain of a child suffering from sexual abuse. But with the help of bikers, racers and fans, The RAACE Foundation can educate adults so no other child has to suffer the same silent fate. Motorcyclists and Race fans know that you have to have fuel, fire and a heap load of heart to take the checkered flag. The RAACE Foundation has got the fire and the heart but we need your help with the fuel needed to win in the race against abuse of children everywhere.
So were asking everyone that believes children should grow up free from sexual abuse to help out any way they can. Whether you sponsor The RALLY for RAACE, ride in The RALLY, donate your money, your time, or all of the above, we need you to join The RALLY for RAACE today. The RAACE Foundation and those who support their goal to Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere know that until every child is safe from abuse our RAACE has no finish line.
This years RALLY for RAACE will be taking place on Sunday, August, 16th starting at Jones Hyundai in Bel Air, MD and finishing at the huge Chesapeake Harley-Davidson facility in Darlington, MD. Since its inception in 2006, this event has raised well over $100,000 for the education, prevention, awareness and healing of Child Sexual Abuse. Our Rally for RAACE is a police escorted 53-mile charity motorcycle ride and family fun day which takes a beautifully scenic tour through Harford County, Maryland. 2008 saw over 500 riders take part in the RALLY and more than 1200 people at the Family Fun Day at Chesapeake Harley-Davidson.
The RAACE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity and as such is fueled entirely by private and corporate contributions. The RAACE Foundation receives no federal or state funding. All donations are tax deductible and are used in the furtherance of The RAACE Foundations mission and vision.
