An online resource created by the Library of Congress so that the public can quickly and easily search federal legislation and activity. Simply follow the link to the left and type “child sexual abuse” into the “Legislation in Current Congress” search box for the most up to date federal information.

NAPSAC
The purpose of the National Association to Prevent Sexual Abuse of Children (NAPSAC) is to support survivors of sexual abuse, change the culture of abuse in all aspects of society, pursue justice regarding abuse perpetrators, and create institutional change.

Child Welfare Information Gateway
The Child Welfare Research Institute is a resource for searching state statues on a number of child abuse and neglect, child welfare and adoption topics, as well as an excellent source of information.

Justice for Children
Justice for Children seeks to raise the consciousness of our society in regards to the failure of governmental agencies to protect victims of child abuse, and to provide legal advocacy and collaborative help for abused children.

Supreme Court Collection
The Legal Information Institute is a site that allows you to search all opinions of the United States Supreme Court handed down since 1992, as well as over 600 earlier decisions selected for their historic importance. Simply follow the link to the left and type “child sexual abuse” for all topical results.

PROTECT is a national pro-child, anti-crime membership association dedicated to protected children from harm by way of a nonpartisan, powerful force.
